  • Custom billing schedules aligned with UK-specific cycles (Calendar Year, English Quarter).
  • Step rent increases pre-set for each lease year.
  • Open-ended leases with no fixed end dates are common in UK rental agreements.
  • Percentage-based additional charges, calculated on top of rent.
